Culinary at a Glance
Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management students have the opportunity to compete in skilled competition at regional, state, and national levels. Students who are looking to advance their skills are highly encouraged to get involved with our ProStart and SkillsUSA teams. Students are able to network with other schools, colleges, and employers at a more personal and individual setting through these two CTSO's. Competition is not only fun, but also gives opportunities for scholarships as well.
Advanced Nutrition & Wellness
Advanced Nutrition and Wellness is a course which provides an extensive study of nutrition.

Introduction to Culinary Arts
Introduction to Culinary Arts and Hospitality allows students to build basic culinary arts knowledge and skills.

Principles of Culinary and Hospitality
Principles of Culinary and Hospitality is designed to develop an understanding of the hospitality industry and career opportunities, and responsibilities in the food service and lodging industry.
Nutrition
Nutrition students will learn the characteristics, functions and food sources of the major nutrient groups and how to maximize nutrient retention in food preparation and storage.
Culinary Arts
Culinary Arts teaches students how to prepare the four major stocks, the five mother sauces (in addition to smaller sauces) and various soups. Additional emphasis is placed on the further development of the classical cooking methods.

Culinary Capstone
